Behind the Scenes – On Call Services: Have you been asked whether your firm can develop a design guideline book and not have the designer capable of producing high-end quality work that is needed? What about a PowerPoint presentation to the town that needs to have outstanding results? We can be an integral part of your firm to help fulfill some of your clients needs. We can bill you hourly ($75/hour) or on a per project basis which would allow you to tack on an additional fee and make a profit off of our services.
Your clients may request a PowerPoint presentation, Design Guideline books, Project books, marketing materials, signage/way finding systems, logo development and a combination of. By outsourcing these requests, your firm would have complete control of the end product and also its profits.
Synchronizing Graphical Templates:Presentations should represent your image at the highest quality. Large and small templates can be designed to utilize the space and construct a cohesive design throughout all presentations, letterhead and proposals. Orchestrating this effort would unite all of your project presentations and reduce the unattractive mess of an individuals hasty attempt at graphic design. Let your architect or planner continue doing what they do best and leave the presentation to your graphic designer.
Photography Agenda:Your finished projects need to be photographed. Or you need to obtain rights to photos already taken so that your marketing reflects your firms success. We can help build a schedule and budget for your photography. Researching and hiring a photographer to implement the photo shoot takes some serious time to implement. It is worth it! We review each of the projects with their project managers to decide which shots best represent the work. We instruct the photographers, review progress, and orchestrate the production of digital files for your marketing needs.

File naming conventions, a digital filing system, and programming search functions will help your future searches. We know how to do this and what it takes.

Hire and Train Graphic Professionals: We can interview and propose candidates to fill your graphic designer position. Once hired, we will train them with the processes and templates already established.
Equipment Purchase/Lease and Maintenance: Establishing whether you have the proper equipment for the job is essential. We can provide an analysis of your current equipment against newer equipment that provides better quality.
